During our March 7th meeting, we celebrated the 150th birthday of United Methodist Women. We sent $200 to the Legacy Fund, which was established to ensure that United Methodist Women will be able to continue their work to improve lives for women, children and youth for generations to come.
On March 18th and 25th, we made noodles. They are available for purchase for $3.50 /8oz, while supplies last.
Our next meeting will be on April 4, with Linda in charge of the program and Ginny in charge of refreshments.
We will again provide a lunch during the town rummage sales on April 26 and 27. Signup sheets for workers and people to provide desserts will be available a couple of weeks before the event.
Thanks to all who donated items for Cunningham Children’s Home and Lessie Bates Davis Neighborhood House, and who donated money for Cunningham during our Taters and Greens lunch.
